Naturally Managing Anxiety with Tapping, Decluttering, & Dogs

Natural Ways to Calm Anxiety

In today's episode, founder of Wag Theory, Jenny Ostoj Singh shares how adding a couple of fur babies into her life has helped her manage anxiety.

She also shares some of her other favorite tips and tricks for managing anxiety including decluttering (and offering advice on how to get organized and tips for reducing clutter in your life... hello minimalism!) and tapping (aka emotional freedom technique or EFT).

Jenny also shares a few things that didn't work (or haven't worked yet) for her.

Tapping (EFT) for anxiety relief

In case tapping sounds familiar, Jen Miller was on the show to share how to tap and to offer ways to connect for guided tapping sessions.  Here's the link to that podcast episode in case you haven't heard it yet:  relieving stress & anxiety through tapping with Jen Miller

Organizational (& decluttering) tips for anxiety relief

Jenny is a master organizer and in addition to the tips she shares in this episode, she often shares organization hacks on her IG feed (which is just fun to follow anyways).

About Jenny:  Jenny is the founder, maker, and designer behind Wag Theory.

In 2019, she combined her love of sewing and her obsession with dogs to make a stylish yet functional dog rain jacket fit for the PNW lifestyle. Since then, she has created a full collection of high-quality handcrafted dog products aimed at making it easier or more delightful for pups and their people to get outside.

Whether that be for a hike or just a walk in the neighborhood, Jenny believes that fostering that connection with your dog will lift your mood and make you feel better.

About the Author

Brandy's a formulation scientist and self-proclaimed health geek who loves hiking, gardening, bird-watching, and body boarding.

Her struggle with acne during her teens and 20s led to a holistic and healthy approach to skincare, embracing skin as an organ to be loved and cared for rather than a canvas to wage war on.

Since 2008, she's been developing all-in-one products for a simple routine at home, & Rain Organica started when her backpacking friends asked for a portable skincare routine to keep their skin healthy & happy on and off the trails.

You can try Rain Organica for yourself with The Essentials Kit, a complete skincare routine in just 3 steps.
