- wild carrot seed
In case you're not confident in your apothecary skills, rest assured, you'll be able to select from a variety of beautiful pre-made essential oil blends to fragrance your custom body oil blend at this workshop as well.

Are the carrier oils organic?
All carrier oils are certified organic with the exception of meadowfoam seed oil. Because of the additional filtration step that meadowfoam goes through after it's pressed, this oil doesn't qualify for organic status.
Are the carrier oils cold pressed?
All carrier oils except for meadowfoam seed oil are cold pressed! And, the meadowfoam seed oil is expeller pressed, so there's no solvents contaminating any of these oils 🙂
Can I blend more than one essential oil blend?
Yes, in fact, you'll have the opportunity to blend 3 different essential oil blends in small jars before deciding which fragrance you want to opt for in your body oil.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, please!
Will there be lunch?
There will be snacks and teas at the workshop. Bring your own mug 🍵
Where is Affirmations of Wellness?
713 Mission Ave A, Oceanside, CA 92054. Free parking is available.
What time does the workshop start?
12 pm to 3 pm on Saturday July 29th
What do I leave with?
- A 4 ounce custom blended body oil
- custom face oil (oh, did I not mention this also?)
- 3 custom essential oil blends
- quick reference sheets for which carrier oils & essential oils are most beneficial for a variety of menstrual irregularities (hot flashes, PMS, migraines, mood swings, short cycles, long cycles, PCOS, endometriosis, and more)
- sense of empowerment that you are fully capable of supporting a healthy menstrual cycle
- and, knowing where to turn when your cycle throws you a curve ball
- new friends
