Payment

Prepayment via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, company checks with a 10-day delay, net 30 terms available with approval upon your third order.

Shipping

In stock items ship insured within 7 days (typically within 3-5 days) of order via Priority Mail or FedEx from our Vista workshop.

All orders over $350 ship for free.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of damaged or missing items and please take pictures of any damaged shipping containers prior to disposal to help us follow up with the courier.

Out of stock inventory

We strive to maintain sufficient quantities of all SKUs to avoid long lead times, and when possible, we will partially fill orders with in stock product while we craft more product to fulfill the order (you will not be charged any additional shipping fees when we exercise this option).

Since we manufacture in small batches and conduct microbial testing on every batch prior to sale, lead time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks for all out of stock products.

Minimums

Minimums are reduced during COVID to $75 for any order.

Returns/Exchanges

We really want you to be successful with our products, and we also want you to feel confident trying out our products, so we offer a return/exchange policy.

Unsold products in original condition may be returned at within 90 days of delivery for refund (minus 20% restocking fee and return shipping fees) or credit (minus initial shipping fees & return shipping fees - paid by client).

Exchanges are offered for unsold products in original condition within 90 days of delivery (shipping fees for product exchanges are pre-paid by the client).

MAP Policy

Minimum advertised price for all products is 10% off current retail price and MSRP must be visible during sale.
